Steps To Reproduce
Step 1. Hold c to lie prone
Step 2. Press c to begin the stand up animation
Step 3. Immediately after pressing c press either spacebar to jump straight up and skip the animation or press space bar and w to skip the animation and launch forward

apparently this has always been a thing and you can do it in 1.19 as well... so sorry for the false feedback I thought I had found a new bug!
