Yesterday i lost a mag and my friend told me he also lost a magazine a few months back when reloading by hold the R button, same as i did, it seems it might happen when the player doesn't have spare space on invetory, it didn't dropped on the floor like Tarkov does, it just dissapeared.
It doens't happen frequently, but i seems this bug been around for a few years.
