It is 100% changing stances that causes it. Even if you do not aim right away you can still get hand bug from just crouching or standing.

this needs to be fixed the most annoying bug I've ever seen, died too many times to this bs. NEEDS MORE ATTENTION!!!!!!!! also, how has this been around for 3 YEARS and not been fixed?????
