Approximately every two hours me and my group can't log in for up to thirty minutes no matter how many times we try to log in. We are all in different regions. One of us lives in Arizona and they barely have this problem. I live in Oklahoma one is in Minnesota, one in Pennsylvania and one in Utah. We have no problem on any other servers but we have too much time invested. Sometimes when we load back in our characters have been sent back in time causing items to dupe unintentionally. Some players are using this server to duplicate items. One guy offered to sell his in game items to my friend for real money. His gamertag is temp-752425.

Yes the error code is 0x00010001. It says Server is unreachable. Sometimes it gives a "database error". Resetting my PlayStation and internet helps almost every time.
