Steps To Reproduce
Keeps kicking me off the server due to a missing PBO. Launch in server, and kicks me . new problem now. it continues to crash.
uninstalled the mods and reinstalled them, but it still crashes. the server has been updated.

Please try to uninstall all the mods, then verify the game data through Steam (make sure Steam Cloud Sync is disabled) and then re-download the mods again. Also make sure you have all the required mods installed.

You need to get the server owner to update to the latest version.
