I am using Geforce now and every time I start a new session my entire profile is deleted.
My inventory on the community server is resetting.
My progress in the official single player is resetting.
My ARMA 3 Profile is completely reset.
Total crap, you are not compatible with geforce fix it or uninstall the game from there.

Your profile data is normally stored in Documents/Arma3 or Arma3 - Other profiles on your pc.
Did that get deleted somehow? or Does the game perhaps not have permission to store files there?

He is using GeForce Now - it is server-side rendering service if you don't have decent PC to play. All user data is stored on the server and not on the client's machine. The user only sees "remote desktop" which runs in virtualized environment and it gets deleted afer session ends trashing all his/her game data. Probably he/she even doesn't have direct access to the file system of the remote machine (depends on GeForce Now service provider)
