On three different occasions, I have experienced what I believe to be a bug where my character's reload is interrupted when I begin my reload from the prone position and stand up or crouch. I nearly died because of this because I did not realize until later that I did not have a mag in the gun. Not only does the magazine not reload, but sometimes the mag is nowhere to be found. I think the magazine is still there, because when I hold reload, it brings the mag back. Sometimes the mag ends up dropping to the floor, which means losing the mag if you're not aware of this bug.
