Publishing via CLI fails when wbBackendLogin argument is provided

Description

Calling workbench publish addon with wbBackendLogin credentials causes workbench publishing to fail with error BACKEND (E): Request to link BI Account to "None" Identity!

Calling workbench publish addon without the wbBackendLogin works fine

This worked before the ArmaReforgerWorkbench.exe -> ArmaReforgerWorkbenchSteam.exe migration

  1. Open Workbench
  2. Login with credentials "my-username" "my-password"
  3. Close workbench
  4. Build mod via CLI

    "Arma Reforger Tools\Workbench\ArmaReforgerWorkbenchSteam.exe" -enableWARP -noThrow -wbModule=ResourceManager -addonsDir "Arma Reforger/addons/,my-addon/" -addons "my-addon" -packAddon -packAddonDir "./my-addon-prepacked"
  1. Publish mod via CLI with credentials i.e.

    "Arma Reforger Tools\Workbench\ArmaReforgerWorkbenchSteam.exe" -enableWARP -noThrow -wbModule=ResourceManager -addonsDir "Arma Reforger/addons/,my-addon/" -addons "my-addon" -publishAddon -publishAddonDir "./my-addon-prepacked" -wbBackendLogin "my-username" "my-password"
