Suggestion: reduce the amount of plate carriers of the light brown/sand color variant, since they are too common. Almost every slightly geared and above player that I have seen in the last few weeks has this variant of plate carrier. I suggest reducing the amount of military infected that has helmet and plate, and also reducing the plate spawn max number in the CE.

In the other hand, I think cammo plates (the new variants introduced in 1.19) are fine in terms of rarity.
