I have tried without success
- changing stance to prone to crawl out: I cannot change stance
- fold the shelter: I do not get the option
- destroy the shelter: I cannot
- exit and reenter the game: tried already several times

Hello ElPalomo.
Since you are on an official server, you are able to log into another server sharing the same hive and your character will be reset. Meanwhile we will take a look at the problem with character possibly getting stuck.

If you couldn't manage to scape, you can simply change server and then get back to your original server. Once I was stucked I started punching the air and I got unstuck. Good luck
