When multiple people interact with a car, it is likely the car will only play 1 animation. For example if 2 people get in, one just phases through a closed door while the other is opened. Sometimes the steering wheel even ceases to turn due to this.

Steps To Reproduce
Have 2 people interact with the same car (e.g. get in at the same time) and notice the issue. It could possibly also be caused by something else. Messing around with the cars with 2 people usually leads to the bug one way or another.
