For some reason vehicle groups are not able to move in line or echelon formation for example.

1.Open Editor

Place a Group with 4 vehicles

3.Set their formation to Line

Give them a waypoint

5.Launch Scenario

Only squad leader vehicle will move the other ones stay in place.
