Get food poisoning and try to get rid of it. I have had it for some time and have had full health and blood, I have taken vitamins and charcoal tabs and nothing has fixed it. It is a pain in the arse as I have to carry lots of water and walk everywhere to stop from getting dehydrated. Come on this should be sorted quickly. Get a patch out for this.
