The chernarus heli crash economy is kinda messed up : The "rare" items are way too common after a server wipe, then about a week later, they are not spawning anymore even on a server with very few people.
This feels related to the count_in_player="1" flag that seems include offline player (that may never come online again until the next wipe, completely removing those rare items from the server.)
This remove most of the value to heli crashes and most interest in going for them, making them cheap safe loots instread super high risk/reward events that bring player interactions
I feel like those items should be more rare, even at the begining of a wipe and keep a consistent drop rate until the next wipe.
Maybe remove the "count_in_player" flag, or make it ignore offline characters as well as making them more rare in the first place ?
