From time to time while playing the game it completly freezes and after around 10 seconds it continues to work.
I tried a complete windows fresh install on another ssd, same behavior.
CPU and GPU was overclocked, but reverted all to stock and i also reset the bios to default and configured the bare minimum.
I also logged the cpu/gpu utilization, in the moment of the freeze the active core drops from 4 to 1 and the cpu utilization drops to around 30% GPU also drops (but i think that should be okay because it got nothing to render :D ). After the freeze GPU goes back to 99% and cpu is around 80% with 4 active cores, games then runs fine with around 70-80 fps until the next freeze.

Please try the following:
Verify the game data through Steam and delete the configuration files when prompted to do so (make sure Steam cloud sync is disabled for DayZ before doing this) - you can also delete the config files manually by clearing the C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder
Open the DayZ launcher
Select PARAMETERS menu
Select ALL PARAMETERS tab
scroll down and check "Bulldozer" parameter
Launch the game
Once launched, close the game
Uncheck bulldozer
Launch the game again without any parameters
