The glass POX vial does not cause gas within the water tank in the bunker.
The pipes work OK but throwing glass vials in the tank area you can hear the glass breaking but there is no gas.

Steps To Reproduce
throw glass POX into water tank while drained. (I don't think it matters if full) you should still hear the glass break.
I think it glitches through out of the playable map.
