It is possible to take a V3S truck and drive it very quickly across the water still to Prison Island. This was first reported in 2015 in several tickets and noted for fix: #19228

Take a V3S
Aim at Prison Island at the specific location noted in video (2828/1562) due south direction to first island nearby and drive underwater
Then continue until reaching the shore of island underwater from island to island until on Prison Island shore
