Desync caused by the pickaxe when in the shoulder slot is very common. ill pull it off my back. kill something. and then when i put it back. my hands becomes desynced.

Steps To Reproduce
a good 80% of the time this will happen. this doesnt happen if i put the pickaxe inside my backpack. only on the shoulder will it desync my hand after i go to put it away.
Additional Information
the only fix being for someone to restrain you. (forcing u to drop) K.O. or reconnecting to the server. none of these options are considered good. especially if there is a queue
