I was holding a flare (activated) when the server restarted (or crashed, i dont know).
When I logged back in, I throw away the flare but the sound of activated flare kept ON. I need to relog to fix it.

Steps To Reproduce
- Hold a flare
- Activate it
- Simulates a server restart/crash
- Log back in to the server
- Throw flare away (press G, hold left mouse button, aim and release left mouse button)
- Run away from the flare
See if the activated flare sound is continuously ON for you.

Probably it was a server restart or server down.... It came back few minutes later and I log back with the bug ON.... Then I manually disconnected from the server and log back in, and it solved!
