Altis road bug - game thinks that the road is not a road

Hi, I've been attempting to beat the IDAP times at time trials and despite the fact that TT13 (turbulence - drone flight) has been extremely difficult to beat, i managed to beat TT15 and TT12 without much difficulties.

However, the TT11 (Downhill rumble) cannot be completed with a quick enough time, probably since 2018, because the road between checkpoints 6 and Finish no longer acts as a road, but the cars go only as fast as offroad. In other words, the acceleration above 112 kph is impossible. On the other hand, the road from start until checkpoint 4 acts correctly, and acceleration above 120kph is possible even in a slight uphill climb.

The road once worked correctly, as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eESNVHzk2oI&t=105s (1:45), but today, it no longer works (at least since mid 2018, as seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gw8D6vHxYCU&t=110s (1:50).

EDIT: the acceleration is bugged even on the first road. The handling revamp present since the TANKS update has broken this time trial, because on the first road (between starting point and checkpoint 2), the guy in the first video managed to accelerate up to 134kph (despite making some mistakes at the start), whereas in the current game version, you are able to hit speeds of 120-121kph, not more.

  1. Start ARMA 3
  2. Select challenges - TT11 Downhill Rumble
  3. Go full speed from start towards checkpoint 2 (see that it works correctly)

expected result: You can accelerate easily up to 134 KPH (as in the video)
actual result: You can accelerate up to ~121 KPH

B)

  1. Start ARMA 3
  2. Select challenges - TT11 Downhill Rumble
  3. Go full speed from checkpoint 6 towards finish

expected result: You can accelerate easily up to 131 KPH (as in the video)
actual result: You are unable to go faster than 112 KPH

@DnA Hi, sorry for being a bit misleading, but i've edited the post and reproduction steps - even the first road acted a lot differently back with the Laws of war build, because you could accelerate up to 134KPH with no issues (as seen in the video), but nowadays, you are only able to hit 121kph - if you are extremely precise. Maybe upgrading the VAN (ambulance) would suffice? After all, these drastic nerfs to vehicles used in official time trials, have been probably unintended
