Currently a tank with a stabilized turret can't make any use of turning into a direction to decrease the traveltime of the turret, if the vehicle has a stabilized turret, as the stabilization is relative to the terrain and not the vehicle. I guess it's been like this since the beginning of ARMA/Operation Flashpoint and maybe this could finally get fixed.
