Hey,
It's rather a trivial bug, but I believe this behaviour is obviously not expected, and so probably should be fixed eventually.
Just like mentioned in the title, the vehicle rain sound effects can be heard while the vehicle is parked in an interior(a barn, for instance) - The rain impacting the vehicle.
