Magazine is lost from inventory when attaching in weapon

Description

This has happened two times in my evening play session. I had a M16 rifle in my hands and full standard (10 and 20) magazine in my inventory. I was proned and pressed combine and a same time I get up the move on. Suddently I noticed there was no magazine in gun and inventory.

Thank you for response. Is this expexted behaviour? Is there a workaround not losing magazine?

This is expected behaviour, if you will not move your character, you will not drop the magazine o nthe ground.
