With grenade equipped press mouse 1 to get into the throwing stance
Sprint around, try to re-pin the grenade with R, nothing happens

  1. Equip a grenade
  2. Press and hold "Mouse 1" to get into the throwing stance
  3. Press "Shift" to sprint around
  4. Press "R" to re-pin the grenade
