I think that this changed with the last update.
I created three mods that all contain the text "CAH" and also "Snake". I am not able to find them with the full-text search at "All".

In the filter, I selected "all" and also all types.

If the logic is that entries from "Downloaded" are not shown, I would consider it bad UX. It should be shown in "All" with a remark "already downloaded".
