Very confusing to players and can easily ruin immersion.
The cause for this is in the wf_buildings_camonet_002.rvmat there is emmisive[]={0.5,0.5,0.5,2}; which makes it glow. Setting this to 0 will fix the issue. There is also no selection defined for us to change the material thus requiring you to fix it.
