You can nonlonfer record VOIP/Gamechat in xbox game clips.

There is NO audio of VOIP on gameclips.

Also, Gamechat CANNOT be heard when in Xbox Party.

This is ruining many funny clips/interactions/gameplay.

PA systems & Megaphones are useless now too.

Fix Vicinity for battery on P.As also.
