My team and I have been struggling with an issue where our server logs won't show specific types of deaths. These deaths include;
They were dying while the player has forced to exit the game before the logout timer runs out.
Logging out and dying while unconscious. (Clicking exit and not respawn)
Logging out and dying while restrained. (Clicking exit and not respawn)
I don't think most server hosts will find this a problem. But in our case, this breaks our game. We have programs reading the logs looking for deaths. Players who die in any of the ways listed above bypass our program.
