The door has been attached 180deg out of alignment.
The image below shows the door in the open position. In the closed position it is oriented into the wall to the left and can only be opened from that side of the wall.

Steps To Reproduce
Enter the factory South of Saint Philippe and go to the small green and yellow office on the ground floor. Go to the other side of the wall, at the base of the stairs. Near the green cabinet you will get the option to open the door as per image below. Image above shows it in the open position.
