[PREFAB/STRUCTURE] Almost none of the ladders are working properly on Harbor Crane

Description

Almost none of the ladders on prefab ArmaReforger:Prefabs/Structures/Infrastructure/Naval/Cranes/HarborCrane_01.et are working.

The one at the base: only one working correctly

The one leading to the tower: not working

The one inside the crane: not working

The two on top of the crane: not working

Each of these seem to be suffering from a slightly different problem, but the Omnidirectional flag in the ActionsManagerComponent seem to be consistently set to FALSE on the bottom part, preventing the user from interacting with it.
