There is a loot spawn on top of the crane, in Industrial area in the road between Orlovets and Polana, that you cant get to, I find a plastic explosive there that is not obtainable, screenshot below

Spawn point probably got updated without validating the ladder was functional.
That's interesting if that's the case... were other spawn points updated in the patch?
