Hello,

I was playing on a custom server for 3 hours last night. I logged off to take a break and when I tried to log back in, it wouldn't load me into the server.

The loading bar makes it about 1/4 of the way, then the game freezes on what appears to be the main menu. This happened on another custom server about two weeks ago - I have been unable to connect since. Now its happening on the new server I'm on, which I've played on for about 8 hours already.

I've tried re-installing, deleting save cache, hard resets, MAC address resets, router restarts, IP refresh, admins re-whitelisting me but nothing is working.

Please assist, I've tried everything I can think of.

Trying to enter the custom servers that I cannot play on now.

Additional Information

The screen goes black and the loading bar begins. After the loading bar makes it about 1/4 of the way, the game freezes on the screen captioned above.

It's happening on 2 custom servers that I had previously been able to join/play. (PVP/RP servers)

Tested a few other custom servers, (deathmatch servers) and didn't experience any issues.

No issues on official servers.

Can you please send us the server name and/or its IP address? Also, have you tried to contact the server owner/admin?

Thanks for getting back to me.

The server name is "The Wall"

I've been in contact with one of the admins and she has been helping me brainstorm. Last thing we could think of was trying with a new account.

This worked for about 2 1/2 hours until as I was playing, my character was unable to exit their vehicle, (Ada) so I tried to relog. Unable to relog afterwards - same problem is reoccurring as described in my initial post.

Hello AdmiralTuna.
Does this problem persist still? If so, can you try to connect to the server and then let us know the approximate time of connection/the timezone and the ID that is shown in the main menu below the game version?
