Audio output is garbled when using cinematic timeline export.
When exporting the images at 30fps, - when importing in a video editor at 30fps and also import the audio - the audio-file length is shorter than the video.

Open world editor.
Open cinematic editor
Set time to 12:00
Navigate to a church.
Set keyframe for this current location (close to church)
export video at 30 fps.
The folder with the result contains a multichannel wav with awfull quality.
A untouched exported .wav file with the garbled output can be found here : http://ftp.armedassault.info/reforged/cinematic.timeline.audio.problem/
Solved! - make sure the Scene-properties FPS is equal to the export FPS setting.
If this is the case, the .wav file has the correct duration, and sounds crystal clear!
