Sometimes when spawning decals, getting within draw distance of them can result in vertex explosions, with all sorts of models stretching around and glitching out, with the framerate dropping significantly.

Steps To Reproduce
I haven't been able to pinpoint the exact conditions to reliably reproduce this.
You can try using my BloodLust2 mod, and may encounter vertex explosion when getting close to the blood decals.
Additional Information
I found that usually spawning multiple decals around the same spot can make this vertex explosion bug occur. I've been able to encounter this both in the editor and ingame. I've encountered this with decals on buildings most notably.
