PSA (Public Service Announcement) Systems found in specific houses in various towns not working as intended. Previously, players were able to add batteries to the PSA system, then remove the battery. Recently, the PSA doesn't show in the Vicinity, and as such, batteries CAN be added to the PSA system, by attaching it from the players hand, but the battery, CAN'T be removed, as the PSA system does not show in the Vicinity. This issue is not present with the Altar Radio, only with town PSA Systems.
