When throwing a Stack of Grenades, for example Yellow US Smoke Grenades,
It will update when grenade is thrown (it goes from 3 to 2, 2 to 1).
But when throwing the last grenade in the inventory, the HUD indicator bottom right still says i have 1 grenade left and will not update.
It also gives the impression that i still have that grenade equipped, while having non in the inventory.
