Description

after capturing Tabor Quarry (playing from russian faction) I could not build the Armory.
It said "blocked" or somthing and the friendly NPC guards were not moving who seemed to be the reason. (the building site kept red).

due to the known connection issues i couldn't play too many games but it was every times for me. 3-4 times maybe.
