I am using a Sound BlasterX G6, and am using the Line Input for my microphone. It is the only enabled input device on my PC, but I cannot speak in game. My microphone works in all other applications (discord, teamspeak, video recordings, etc.). I can fix this temporarily by changing the quality settings of the device with the game open, but after a few minutes the problem will return.

I have not yet tried this with just the motherboard audio yet. I will try and update if that works for me.
