Workshop menu stuck at refreshing

Description

Clicking on the workshop menu opens it, the contents appear very briefly (about 0.5s) and then it starts refreshing (takes 1-2 seconds).
Then the contents appear briefly once again (~0.5s) before going back to refresh.

This continues forever, making me unable to see/access workshop content.

Reproduces always with accessing in-game workshop.

Additional Information

Using latest version of the game yet.
Tried it multiple times at different times of the day, my internet is working fine as usual. (Fiber optic -10Mbps Up/Down)
