Currently there seems to be no documentation on user access control, e.g.

• How to set certain users as admins by Steam64 ID (or similar)
• Setting an Admin password*
• Maintaining a persistent ban list
• Banning users as admin

Also, the server does not log players' Steam64 ID on connect, which would be useful to have. Neither does it log when people become admin.

Some of these things I found out by clever guesses, but proper docs would be preferred.
