When driving the M1025 Camo and the M998 Light Utility Open Top Camo, while driving forward, turning right causes the vehicle to come to a halt, it does not steer or continue going, it is like applying the brakes.
Same goes for turning left while reversing, turning left while in reverse causes the vehicle to slow and come to a halt and it does not steer.

Steps To Reproduce
Spawn M998 or M1025 Camo, and steer once then twice to the right and it will do it every time, same goes for reverse.
Additional Information
ALL HMMVWs spawn horribly and get stuck in the ground when spawned on the hill leaving Saint-Pierre.

I encountered this as well, but it seemed to only happen with GM-controlled units. Also it seemed to go away by entering the vehicle, un-controlling the unit and immediately controlling it again. But I haven't 100% verified these conditions.

Ural trucks and the BTR-70 also seem affected by the steering issue. I can confirm I was controlling these units as a game master as well.
