When an infected sees me and attacks, my indicators (hydration,, calories, thermal comfort, etc.) disappear and I am unable to input any controls other than move forward.

Steps To Reproduce
Have an weapon equipped in both slots, hold a weapon, allow an infected to see and attack you.
Additional Information
This seems to happen when my equipment slots are full (specifically the slots to equip weapons) and I'm holding an item. My player behaves normally until the infected sees me and initiates its attack.

This could be caused by some sort of network issue. Are you using wired or wi-fi connection? And can you try the game on a different network so we can rule this out?
