Ground clutter and shadows are bugged and I believe it to be an engine related issue and it is very distracting. It's like having a 10 meter radius bubble around you where shadows pop in and ground clutter constantly changes and I'm impressed that this has been a known issue for years and hasn't been addressed once. This has nothing to do with graphics settings in game or updating drivers. I've heard people with SSD's rarely have this issue so it might have something to do with HDD's but I've also heard conflicting opinions on that. Thanks!
