Everytime a player jumps into M151 as a passenger (not Gunner, might happen for other vehicles too) game sets him as an effective commander and he gains the ability to remotely control the driver. Once being assinged as the commander, AI will not follow any scripted or preplaced waypoints, will wait for any player input instead, what renders scripted cutscenes with player in a vehicle broken.

Steps To Reproduce
- Place a M151 vehicle with driver
- Give it a "hold" waypoint and "move" waypoint one after another
- Assign a skip waypoint trigger with condition of player being in the vehicle
- Preview and jump into the truck
Additional Information
It's possible to fix that by simply using "setEffectiveCommander" on the driver and he will follow the waypoints, but it has to be repeatedly executed everytime player jumps out of the vehicle.
