Experimental 1.17, cholera and wound infection issues
Assigned, NormalPublic

Description

Exp 1.17, official servers (UK and SG are the two I have been playing on)

  1. When a clean previously purified water bottle is filled from a pump with clean hands, my character gets cholera after handling raw prepared meat rthen drinking from this bottle. The illness responds properly to tetracycline. This has occurred three times in the last two days.
  2. A character can get the 'wound infection' for no reason at all - not even being wounded. If I start with a new character but pick up gear previously used by a 'wound infection' character, the new character gets the 'wound infection'. 'Wound infection' does not respond to tetracycline when contracted in this manner. I have repeated this three times now. NB - I have contacted wound infection in the normal way, and been able to cure it at stage 1 by use of iodine tincture so that bit is working ok.

Steps To Reproduce

Issue one - harvest some meat, wash hands, fill empty water bottle form pump, lay meat by a fireplace to getready to cook it, drink from water bottle.

Issue two - I can't reproduce the initial infection (NB have managed to reverse it in stage one by using iodine tincture on one occasion) but have left a stash of gear, respawned as a new character, and as soon as I collect the new gear, I get the wound infection again. I have taken 12 tetracycline tablets in a row and it hasn't cured the wound infection when contracted in this way.

Additional Information

I think that's it - please prompt me if you need more.

I haven't done a dxdiag as I don't get crashes.
