Drove Ada 4x4 in to watchtower, got out of the car, survivor got stuck mid vehicle.
Wasn't holding anything, had backpack on me. No stairs blocking my exit, plenty of room to exit normally. Drove front first.
When I parked the same car back first to the same tower and stairs were kinda near my exit, didn't get stuck.
Logged out, no help.

Did this occur on an official server or community one? On the community, the server admin/owner will have to move your character. On the official ones you can try to join a different server sharing the same character hive, this will reset your position.

Got out, cause had an axe and dismantled some of the base.
But for some reason the survivor exits the car to the roof of the car instead next to it. So it keeps happening.
