Does not broadcast when the alarm sounds.

The alarm is not broadcasted, but it's audible outside of the building in sufficient distance. This is working as designed according to the devs.

I think this is a missed opportunity.
I have many strategies I can think of pulling off that aren't only to annoy people.
Just imagine an entire town randomly agroing because someone set a timer.
