Hello DVukk.
It appears that this might be an issue with corrupted files somewhere on your computer. It is likely that either some of your software drivers contain corrupted files or even Windows itself.
Please check your OS for any corrupted files and make sure all your software drivers are up to date - you can also try to reinstall them.
Also, please try to verify the game data through Steam.
