even when applying previously played server nothing comes up.
I played for hours and build my base and all is gone.. what is happening?

Hello devildog2005.
Your character data is stored in the online database(for official servers) and specific database file for each community server. Rejoining any of the previously played servers manually will let you resume where you left off. It is possible the file that stores the character and server data in main menu got corrupted for you. This does not delete the characters and progress though, since as mentioned, the data is stored in the server database, not on your client.
