This is a form to report an issue from the PC VERSION of the game - for Xbox/PS4 issues use their respective forms from the dropdown menu (delete this prior to creating the ticket)
After 1.16 dropped was playing on a modded server here is Australia( PIPSI)
would load into the game and as soon as loaded in the game would freeze and kick me out to the desktop with the Access error message

I had a similar issue after updating to 1.16. The game crashed when I got to a certain location, and after that it crashed every time it finished loading again.
I was able to solve the problem by running Steam's file verification, which found and fixed two files: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
